Welcome to Caye's Online Personal Training — a full-body training program designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel your best. Each week includes five strategic workouts: upper body pull, upper body push, lower body quad & glute focus, lower body hamstring & glute focus, and a high-intensity, core-focused session. This program targets your entire body with a special emphasis on resistance training, core stability, and cardiovascular conditioning. As the weeks go on, you’ll see progression through increased reps or weight, and every month brings a brand-new program to keep your routine fresh, fun, and challenging. You’ll also check in with Caye weekly, either by call or text, to talk through your workouts and assess key external factors like sleep and nutrition — because true progress happens when everything works together.
