I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. With a NASM certification, and experience teaching Group Fitness, Pole Fitness, and Aerial Arts, I can help you achieve your goals any area of interest.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over seven years, teaching a variety of skillsets. I grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I was a competitive gymnast. After graduating high school, I moved to San Francisco in 2017 to attend university. During that time, I coached gymnastics, and one spontaneous Sunday, I decided to try an aerial silks class—just for fun.
That one class changed everything. Within a year, I was not only performing but also teaching both aerial and pole. While I loved the creativity and freedom those disciplines offered, I realized I was missing a foundation of strength and stability. A friend encouraged me to try a HIIT class at a local gym—and six months later, I was coaching those same classes.
In 2021, I made the move from San Francisco to Maui to continue teaching group fitness, aerial, and pole, while also taking the next step in my career. I earned my NASM Personal Training Certification and began working with clients one-on-one, helping them reach their goals through personalized coaching and functional training.
Because my path to personal training has been so unique, I bring a diverse blend of movement philosophies into my coaching style. Training with me offers a well-rounded approach that emphasizes mobility, flexibility, cardio, and strength—designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting results.
I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, aerial and pole classes, and online coaching. I also offer one one-on-one PNF style stretching services to help you focus on flexibility and mobility.
