Take your strength to new heights with Caye’s LYRA LIFT Training Program — a unique fusion of aerial lyra and full-body resistance training. This program is designed to help you build the muscle, control, and mobility needed to elevate your aerial practice while sculpting and strengthening your entire body on the ground. Whether you're training for the air or just want to move like an athlete, this program blends artistry with power to help you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.
In this 6 week series, we will go over 2 weekly strength training programs geared towards helping strengthen your aerial lyra skills. We will work on a variety of upper-body push and pull exercises, as well as lower body quad, glute, and hamstring work. Each week will also include a full lyra lesson. Over the course of the 6 weeks we will learn a few different sequences and by the end of the series you will have a whole choreography to flow to and work on.

A safe aerial training space
Similar to the beginner and intermediate series we will work on a variety of upper and lower body lifting days geared towards helping you strengthen your aerial conditioning. In our lyra portion we will go over a variety of in hoop skills, Spanset skills, Rolls, and various fun tricks. For my advanced students as well I offer one customized skill request to be added into your curriculum!
