Flexibility is often one of our most overlooked tools. Usually it is the last thing we think about fitting into busy schedules, when prioritizing fitness needs. For most it is the missing piece standing between them and their goals.
Stretching is for everyone! Daily stretching benefits blood flow and circulation, increases your performance in physical activity, and most importantly decreases your risk to injury. Yet most people don't do it. From power lifters to the dancers we all have a little room for improvement.
I offer one on one PNF style stretching that focuses on strengthening and lengthening your muscles. In our 60 minute session we can go over focus areas or a do a full body stretch. Stretches cover lower body, upper body, back, and neck. All injuries can be accommodated during stretch sessions
